Where do you deliver and what are the delivery costs?

We deliver to most countries in America and Europe.

Delivery is usually offered when you order 2 products and more. Underneath, the delivery rate is fixed at 5.99

This offer may vary according to promotions.

When will I receive my order?

Each AFRICAN NUBY product is made to order.

We have chosen this method of production because is the best way to ensure high quality for each product that we produced and less waste.

So, after you place your order, please allow 4-6 days for our team to work on it, and then 10-15 days to receive it after shipment.

How to track my order?

Our beautiful designs cross land and sea to get to you!

To track your order, nothing could be easier: you will receive a shipping notice email including a tracking number when your order is shipped.

I got the wrong address, the wrong model...?

We understand perfectly!

We invite you to contact us as soon as possible (within 48H maximum) using the online contact form or at hello@african-nuby.com so that we can correct the situation as much as possible.

Your order has already been shipped? No worries!

You will be able to make a return receipt so that our teams can proceed to an exchange.

How to return a product?

You can return your purchases within 20 days after the date of purchase, for the reason of your choice.

The product(s) ordered must imperatively be returned in their original condition and packaging complete, labeled, ready for resale, new, unused, unstained, odorless, dust, animal hair.

In the absence of respect by the Customer of the present conditions, in particular of the conditions of return, AFRICAN NUBY reserves the right not to proceed to the refund or the exchange of the products concerned.
